After have a poor experience with a "storm chaser" as another commenter put it, I was lucky enough to get in touch with Matt from Snap. As a customer service manager, I'm not always the easiest to please as my expectations are high. So how was my experience with Matt from Snap? Let's just say I'd hire him in 2 seconds if he ever wanted to change professions. Enough said!
