Bad client services - avoid!

Tango called me to switch to Tango Fiber. Everything we had agreed over the phone was wrongly summarised in their contract. The discount I would receive after 6 months was not mentioned, the date that the installation was supposed to take place was incorrect (we had agreed date and time over the phone) and I was supposed to be at home the entire afternoon as they could not predict at what time the technician was going to arrive. Furthermore I was going to be charged for a modem (also not agreed). I finally rejected the entire offer as no one responded to my messages. Calling them didn t lead to anything as no one can make decisions and take responsibility. No solutions are provided.

Previously, Tango had sold me a 22 GB mobile phone plan appropriate my regular consumption. I realised afterwards that I never exceeded 12 GB per month and should have been sold a cheaper plan.

I will switch to another operator as soon as my contract runs out.
