Mallory was super fast and friendly when scheduling my appointment. Melissa was so nice when she greeted me as I brought my car in. Kayla listened patiently as I explained my issue. She explained exactly how they were going to fix it. She even gave me a call to give me an update on how my car was coming along. Amanda was flawless in getting me a rental and on the road quickly. She was so nice to deal with. The car was fixed extremely fast and is working perfectly. It s because of employees like Mallory, Melissa, Kayla, and Amanda that you have customers coming back to Jim Butler. They worked great as a team and surpassed any expectation I ever had. Fantastic experience!!!
