To the all the workers at Premier veterinary Group , I do not know where to begin, I have been waiting to write this for weeks until my heart was able to talk about this experience. We want to let you know how much we appreciate you.
We have lost one of our family members CoCo Barraza
June 19 2018, he did not give up easy he fought for about 4 days to stay alive. We went in there not being financially stable to pay for Cocos bills but you tried to save him anyways, I cannot thank you enough for never giving up on his life.
The vets here CARE .
The receptionist CARES.
they will not try to take your money and lie to you, they are the definition of what a veterinarian SHOULD BE. My family appreciates you all at Premier Veterinary Group, we thank you for giving my little sister and I the most magnificent service an animal hospital could offer two young sister trying to save their best friend. They were compassionate and understanding to our situation, my sister and I went and called vets all over the Chicago area for help but they said Coco will pass away no matter what and that s that. But PREMIER and everyone there DID NOT TURN US AWAY, they NEVER GAVE UP. Please bring your pet to Veterinarians who care about animals and don t just see their jobs as income, these people are passionate about what they do and I will never know how to repay their honesty and outstanding integrity.
Although Coco was very sick I know that you did everything you could to save him, it was just his time to go and I know he would appreciate you all never giving up on him all as well.
