I lived on Kamenka for approx. 8 months and I have absolutely no complaints about the property and/or Rainbow Property Management. . . Im not quite sure why everyone has such a problem with RPM. . . possibly because they dont pay their rent on time?? noise complaints? whatever the reason I dont agree with all the negative comments!
