I used the web site to put in a service order and did the online chat with an associate. Its been two weeks since then I thought the delay was due to having to order parts. I called today and talked to Stephanie and she informed me that no order was i the system. ugh. Stephanie was very pleasant and called me back with confirmation that the parts will be in end of next week. So my advice don't use the new technology . Its the Seinfeld skit. They can take the reservation but they cant honor it.
