I have bought 9 cars from this dealer with one for my dad and now I'm trying to buy one for my mother. You guys are expecting me to pay sticker price? You've lost your minds. This makes me sad because I have an awesome relationship with your service department at which the sales team clearly need to take lessons from. I have driven out of my way to stay there since moving but not anymore. Good luck with the awful changes you're going through. You've officially lost a customer since 2009 because of your greed.
