I was disappointed in my most recent visit for service with Paradise. I needed my brake pads changed so I took my truck in and left it for the work to be done. When I got my truck back, it did not feel right and the brakes squeaked. I chalked it up to new pads and that it was just serviced. The squeaking continued and after a couple of weeks I called to have it looked at. I should have looked at the pads before I dropped it off because I had suspicions that they never changed the pads on the initial service.

Then when I dropped the truck off I was asked what kind of a braker I was which made me feel as though they were trying to blame it on me. I was basically told it may be due to MY braking. This really didn t sit well with me and I told him that the brakes never squeaked before Paradise serviced them and I broke the same then.

When I picked the truck up I was told they had replaced the pads at no charge because they were still under warranty. I would hope so considering it was just two weeks prior they put them on! This is what made me suspicious that they had never changed them the first time as I was given no explanation as to why they needed to change them.

I am really disappointed in the way things went down with the service and being that I am in need of new tires I will most likely be looking elsewhere to get those as I cannot say I trust the service department at Paradise. Unfortunate for me to say considering my last three vehicles have come from them.
