baggage from arriving to the room is slow. We wanted to carry our own but they insisted since they'll be bringing it up at once. We've checked in. Called concierge and still had to wait for a couple of minutes and still none. So I had to go down personally and get my luggage but then that's the time they got our luggage's' up. Overall the stay was expected from Shangri-La except for this incident.
