Horrible experience. Magnussen Lexus gave us a written quote for a car they did not have; they knew we were driving over two hours (116 miles) one way to buy the car. Once we arrived they switched the vehicle and wanted to sell a more expensive vehicle to us. Very Unscrupulous. They do not care what their customers have to go through, they just care about their buck. They are just callous and cruel. I drove a total of five hours. Pure devious. Bait and Switch appears to be their Modus operando.
They did not feel the need to even apologize.
