I have never had worst customer service and terrib...

I have never had worst customer service and terrible experiences at any other dealership except this Ford dealer. I am not sure where to even begin. The bad experiences started when dropping my car off for an oil change and taking the shuttle to work. I called in to let them know I was ready to be picked up. They said someone would call me to come pick me up. I never heard from anyone in an hour so I got a ride out to Ford to pick my vehicle up. I got a call 2 hours later about when could I be picked up after I had picked my vehicle up and left Ford already. When picking my vehicle up they let me know it was time for new tires. I agreed and scheduled an appt for new tires and picked out the new tires while I was there to be ordered. The next week I dropped my vehicle off and took the shuttle again to work in hopes they would pick me up this time. They called me my vehicle was done and I said great if someone could pick me up at lunch. No one came again so I got a ride out there. I picked up my car and stopped to get gas and noticed those were not the tires I ordered but the same factory tires that wear fast. I called and they said well did you tell them the tires you wanted on it? I said I didn't know I needed to I ordered them and assume you have down what I ordered? I brought my vehicle back and they put the right tires on. I had to take the afternoon off work just deal with all of this mess with the wrong tires on my vehicle. They did give me a free gas fill up and oil change for the hassle. I brought my car in just this week for an oil change. I really don't know why I brought it back to them after all the problems I have had, but really figured how can you mess up an an oil change. I waited this time for the vehicle to be finished instead of getting the shuttle. Once my car was finished they gave me the keys and I hopped in and went about my way. I stopped at subway and when I got out I noticed on my newly washed car there was a large chunk of paint missing off my hood! How does that seriously happen!?! My car is a 2017 and I just washed it on Tuesday and had all my paint! I took it back and they tried to tell me it was due to corrosion and putting the blame on me. They finally agreed to fix the vehicle and told me to bring it on Monday. I dropped my car off on Monday and they gave me a loaner because I was not going to rely on a shuttle again. I have had to call in repeatedly for updates when my car would be finished to be given the run around of we don't know and will call you.. to we are waiting to hear from Ford who will pay for this. I am beyond frustrated and still don't have vehicle back when this was not my fault. I have had nothing but problems and poor service at this location.
