I was having an issue with the brakes on my 2011 Ford Edge. I am fairly new to Omaha and hadn't really found a car place to call my own yet. Baxter was the closest dealership, so naturally that's where I went as I was scared to death driving with bad brakes... even had a close call on the way there . I'm so glad that's where I went! Brian Murray was my service advisor, and he took excellent care of me! They were very busy and there was a short wait, but my child enjoyed playing in the play area. They weren't going to be able to get me in until Saturday and had no more courtesy vehicles on the lot. As a single parent I couldn't go without a safe vehicle, so Brian went to bat for me and made sure to get me a safe vehicle to use. I felt like he really listened to me and understood my concerns and went above and beyond for me to make sure that I had safe transportation! It made a really huge, positive impression on me, and I'm happy to say that I've found my new car place! Thanks Brian!
