My buddy had them do some work on a truck he messed up. He's not too happy about their service. So I paid the bill and laughed with the service people. Mine was a fine experience. He would probably not agree. It's all about attitude and there's was fine. It proves that experiences are all relative to the people that have them. If I buy a GM product I would probably bring it to these people.
