I recently rented a property managed by Great Works Properties, Inc. Overall, my experience was average. The property was in decent condition but I had a few minor issues during my stay. The communication with the staff could have been better as it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. However, they did resolve the issues in a timely manner. I would consider renting from them again but would hope for better communication next time.
