If it weren't for two employees in particular I would have left a single star. The operator F39 of the water door (so at least he had an identification card on his desk) Antonio I think it's called. I solved the problem that, apparently, 3 hysterical employees the previous times declared not solvable - I'm sorry I can't help you - with a lot of hysterical cries if I tried to insist. Trips to the office in Ostia, calls on calls and liters of petrol most recommended until the "saint" Antonio decides to do what the "beaten-up" colleagues had no idea of doing: lift the ass from the chair and go up to the floor upstairs to ask colleagues why someone else's bill was charged (the bank's fault for charity, this is another story). Antonio also asked me for the number to call me and ask me over the weekend how it all went !!! (If you are wondering, I am certainly not attractive and Mr. Antonio, who is less interested, I can assure you!) I would add that Mr. Massimiliano of the information point is a CARRIER column of this office. He knows more than most of the employees and you will often talk to him without even having to go through the counter. Sometimes it takes just a bit of understanding and sweetness on the part of employees who for the most part are aggressive, arrogant and lavative beasts !!!
