I was waiting over 3 months to schedule with other tree services. Giroud took about 3 weeks but it got done well and when I asked if a few things could be adjusted they returned at no additional cost. They really keep their word - if you aren't satisfied they will do their best to make it right. Friendly customer service and scheduling team. I love that I had a direct line to the team lead who could update me on the staus and ETA. Definitely recommend Giroud!
