Would Gove this joke of a firm minus stars if I could and don't know how they got rosbury contract. Send out unqualified employees who don't know what they are doing and diagnosed the wrong problem. 3 x call outs in 1 year and every one took 3 attempts (separate call backs) to resolve one problem either not turning up with the right part or any part for that fact! 4 young children and have had to wait up to a week with no hot water and over a week with no heating in winter. I really feel sorry for their receptionist as they must get calls about this poor service all day everyday.
