Went in for an airbag recall on my BMW and I must say I was impressed with their customer customer. I am a young college student yet all the staff treated me with the upmost respect. The service did take over 3 hours but they gladly chauffeured me around in a nice 5 Series.

Overall, all the staff at Nick Alexander BMW left a great impression. Maybe one day when I'm ready to upgrade my BMW, I'll be back for that 5 series haha
