tv is pretty darn good . sound is much better than...

tv is pretty darn good . sound is much better than expected ,especially since I don"t hear as good as I use to. BUT, the bad news is there is no way I ever got a straight answer in regards to an extended warranty. I needed to know where a service tech would be sent from ,since I live in a very rural area . the last tv I needed repair on ,the techs would not come this far . so it was a waste of money for the extended warranty. with vizio I was hoping things would be different . never got a ""STRAIGHT"" answer . just a run around saying saying yes a warranty is available in your area . DUH!! I know that...but what service shop will come here so I can confirm they will service my tv at my home .. very simple question .. BUT CAN I GET AN HONEST ANSWER??? NO ... so here I am with a new tv and after one year SOL ... NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THAT ...
