when you first walk in you notice how clean everything is. then you are greated with great smiling faces and very cheerful hellos that just sets the mood for your experience. I had the pleasure of having Rachel D. to transform me from drab to fab and boy did she deliver. she was great and very happy doing what she loved. she explained everything that she had to do and made sure I was happy every step of the way. she even stayed late to make sure I was ready for the world to see my new hair. the other ladies that I had the joy of meeting were so nice and super funny.the whole place is just a wonderful place to be pampered and feel beautiful at the end. I will most definitely be seeing them again when its time to get touched up. thank you Rachel D. for your time and talent and ladies thank you for the laughs and fun conversation that was had today!
