Very dissatisfied last night there I now other times wrote and complained that there are no glasses at the bar and yesterday I ordered for me and my wife soft drink at a waiter I am still waiting for it it is unacceptable unfortunately I do not have the man 's name not taken our ashtrays are not cleaned regularly I have to say there is one of you workers who really cares they call them intendenr his name is freddy he ended up fetching us coffee and it is not his job he is a very good person and very friendly
