I am the President of a 27 units HOA building by Santa Monica Beach and we hired Allstate HOA Management two years ago. Jessica Norman was assigned to manage our account. Jesica Norman is a very knowledgeable of property management and aspects of the HOA rules and regulations. Her knowledge is an asset to our Board of Directors and all members.
