I really appreciate this Portillos. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is clean and distanced. The food is absolutely delicious and it reminds me of growing up in the Chicago suburbs. Tonight my organization held a fundraiser at the Rockford location and everyone involved was very welcoming and helpful. I really can't say enough good things about the employees here.
