My husband and I were celebrating our 10th year anniversary. I must say this has been the most wonderful experience! The customer service here is excellent and the rooms are immaculate. We stayed on the 18th floor and enjoyed our wonderful view of the Ohio River. There is one employee who truly needs to be recognized and his name is Ozan Vanli. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He was so sweet and even brought us a bottle of champagne! Thanks again Ozan and to all the staff for helping make our 10th anniversary a memorable experience.
