I've only dealt with the parts dept. As far as customer service its stellar. The reason I knocked a star off is sometimes I'll call and get a part # other times they wont give it to me. Employees have to abide by company rules I get it, but I can call any other Toyota dealership and they'll give me the info. The part # can also easily be obtained on toyotas website. If you want to stay competitive dont worry about me comparing your price to online, worry about good customer service, and that begins with transparency.
