Sill-Terhar Volvo has a great staff, especially their technicians. Most all are Master rated which gives me a great deal of comfort knowing my vehicle will be repaired right the first time. And, if needed, they have Volvo engineers a phone call away to help. Their labor and part prices may be a little higher than an independent shop but I know I am paying less in the long run because of their expertise. I could not imagine bringing my vehicle anywhere else.
