Kelly the GM, hands down the best customer service experience of my life! I had to go to the hospital for personal reasons and she checked on me. She had a staff member bring me some items in the hospital and then when I was released, she personally drove 25 minutes and picked me up from the hospital and brought me back to the hotel, and this was on Christmas! All the staff were great, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
