My brother and I brought my 92 year mom to the consulate for POA paperwork last week, Erkan Bey was so accommodating, helpfull and professional , we were very impressed. My mom was asking Turkish newspaper even he had old newspapers in his office , he gave them to my mom.He made my mom very happy. Ertem bey and his assistant was very helpful as well . They stayed after hours to finished our paperwork. Thank you.
