Brilliant service from Rattle and Drum. Ordered a guitar for an Xmas present on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday via DPD. The order process was nice and easy and the guitar was well packed with additional external protection. I certainly won't hesitate to order again. I'm not sure how Google's verification process works, but I can assure you I'm a genuine customer !!

Extremely helpful staff who are always happy to go the extra mile and spend time discussing your needs. Last year they helped me put together a custom percussion rig, and I've just bought a new pearl masters kit for which they spent an hour discussing different hardware options with me. Can't recommend highly enough

went there to buy electric guitar..on door I asked (out of courtesy) do I need an appointment (due to Corona situation)? then the person on door said no appointment is not necessary, however come in if you are really looking to buy something. I went in regardless..I asked for Squires by fender and I was told ..there they are ..expecting me to buy by Just looking at it..I had to ask for everything..Not a great customer service..I remember going to a shop in Coventry few months ago to buy my yamaha electro acoustic and the shop staff were very helpful in offering their expert advice and helping me in selecting the guitar..here in this shop it was all very rushed ..I felt..
well I knew what I wanted so I bought it in the end ..but if you are looking to buy something and not sure in your head then this is not the shop as per my experience...

Went in for guitar strings (I broke one practicing for a church service) - looking for advice on what would be best and needing help asap (as I didn't have spares - I do now of course!). They gave great guidance, and even squeezed in changing the strings for me despite being really busy. I had to queue before going in (capacity restrictions for CV19), but the rest was very slick. Will definitely use again.
They sell second hand/faulty equipment, as if its new. Then when you receive it, and want it returned, they wont have it collected; you have to pay for it to be sent off yourself. Eventually they will refund the money, I hope, but don't expect mint condition products from this company.
