Didn't hate it, buffet was not appropriate during covid. Was maybe 3 star or 3 star plus. Asked to more rooms but the other room overlooked air con too, no evidence of these on the website, very poor, biggest rip off hotel we have ever encountered, 95 for 5 course meal with wine pairing, ok we thought, it was for a birthday, we walked lut when they refused to give us tap water on the table. Don't think the owners have been to many 5 star places let alone run one before
