I came in on March 29th worried and frustrated about my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. My check engine lights where on and Carlos immediately assisted me with lots of information and options to help resolve the issues. He assured he would look at all possibilities available to me to help get it resolved! He made my day when he called to tell me it was all covered by my extended warranty and it was ready on the same day!!! They are awesome!!! Thank you!!!!
