The Kia team was extremely friendly and hospitable, like family. Ashley (Courtesy Driver) went out of her way to jump behind the counter to get me checked in for my appointment so I didnt have to wait before she dropped me off at home while my car was getting worked on. Now that is Customer Service with a "See Something Do Something" mentality!!!!!!!! She was trained well and deserves a raise. She was courteous and funny so it wasnt an awkward drive. I've had drivers in the past make the drive weird with silence with nothing to talk about or even being short with conversation. A second employee Dennis called and communicated what was going on with my car. He was very helpful with suggestions and answered my questions politely and was easy to understand over the phone to get things rolling in case other options arised. He was like a family member taking care of one of his own. When I got to the Dealership to pick up my car he showed me pictures of the actual issue with my car from my road trip yesterday. Hence, why I took my car in today. Alex the Service Parts Manager is a cool guy. He recognized me from work at HEB Moore Plaza down the road. All three employees were extremely genuine and I will tell everyone I know about Kia's Top Notch Service
