I went into Fredy Kia expecting to just look around and explore my options on shopping for a car. I'd been in contact with Chris W before I actually went into the dealer so when I walked in, he is the one that helped me. I just wanna say, great customer service. He was very polite and extremely helpful. I explained my situation to him and the possibilities I had. He made it work. When I say he made it work, he took the time to ask me what type of car I wanted and also explained to me the details of the make and model of the car. May I remind you, I really wasn't coming with the intention of buying a car. He brought out the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, so I definitely took it for a spin. That was it. He made it work to get me the car I wanted with affordable monthly payments(...and YES, I took the car)! I definitely recommend anybody that is looking for a car to come to this location and ask for Chris W. Again, thanks for your help!
