The best I can say is that the front desk person is super nice. Other than that, I don't understand how this YMCA can claim it does so much for the community yet I have never seen them do anything for the Ithaca area. They charge way to much for a memberships, especially for being a none for profit and provide very little in return. The pool is absolutely gross and feels like it is over chlorinated. I have been to a lot of other YMCAs around the country and this is by far the worst one yet. Don't waste your money here, its truly not worth it!!!
