I enjoyed my stay overall; however, I am from the south and we might do things a little different. I stayed at the hotel from the end of February til the beginning of March and was not informed that since it is winter there is no A/C. I don't know if this is a thing hotels up north do but my room was hot even though it was 30 degrees outside. I had no issues with the staff and the location was great.
