Purchased our bi-fold doors from Duration. They have been excellent (I'm writing this 2+ years on from the original purchase). After-sales care has just been tested - as our cheeky little boy decided to strip the rubber gaskets/seals and tore some of them in the process. I contacted their team, Kara replied very quickly and kindly arranged for replacements to be sent free of charge! I'm extremely grateful and massively impressed with this. It speaks volumes for the company and Kara. I will certainly recommend to my many friends (in and out of the trade). Thank you.
