My experience with Scott Pugh was wonderful. Already frustrated going between here and Austin, Scott offered me a bottled water and put his listening ears on. For the first time in two weeks...I didn't feel as though I was a number for a quota to be met. With lots of suggestions and patience , Scott spoke with my daughter though a 1st time car buyer and wanting a used highlander it was suggested she try her credit union. She did, acquired her loan and we are hoping to purchase her car from Scott here in Abilene...through all of the pleasantries at Toyota... I purchased an Avalon I've had my eye on from Scott on 2*18*14, I want to come back....THIS WEEK SCOTT...LET'S GITTERDONE......SO I CAN TELL EVERYBODY....THANKS
