I ordered a Xiaomi Ninebot Mini from evomag. The product was in stock, but was in stock at the supplier, so it was delivered in a week. I opened the package and surprise, the product was defective, it does not load. After 2 days in which I tried to talk to an operator, I sent an email and the answer came dry: evomag does not deal with product service and contact Telpur for service. So I bought a non-compliant product and instead of changing it they send me to the service.
My rating is a star because you can't give less and I promise never to buy anything from them again.
