I tried to return the same items on two separate occasions. Both times, I was sent away as they said they could not return items without a manager there or with their computer not online. I understand that at times these things are true. However, I was assured by their staff that I would not receive a late fee on my credit card as they had made a note in my account and that I could return them the next week when I was back in town. I did receive a late fee and in addition, Macy's would not remove it from my card. This company has awful customer service and I will no longer shop there again for any goods.
