The only 5 stars hotel here in Zamboanga City. Their staffs are friendly and accomodating. I attended a lot of occassions here with my families and friends. They have good service but yet when you valuables items gets lost they dont help you find it. I lost my Samsung Note 4 last December 25,2018 and ny cousin left a bag full of swimming stuff on one of their table we called them right away but they cant find it too. Thats one of the bad experience i had with them. But they rooms are huge and comfy.
