Wisconsin- Managment and HR is by far the worst in this company, they only care about keeping the contractors happy vs keeping the employees happy. Communication was very bad, if you wanted somthing from HR or managment id take weeks if not months to do, even though it really shouldn t, in many cases we would get there and had to wait 1-3 hours before we could work, holiday payment for work sometimes takes weeks if not months to process at times and they are very striced on being there on time and/or leaving/missing work for being sick, you'd need a doctors note or you'd get a write up, 4 writeups in total per year. 2 week notice for days off even vacation days. No shift differential either.
