I have been a competitive athlete most of my life (swimming year round, 20 hours a week) so when I no longer was training at that level, it was a hard transition to adjust my body s idea of how much food I should be eating. I went up and down a bit in weight with different diets. After trying Nutraworks, I was surprised at how easy it was to stick to the plan. It was extremely encouraging to keep on track with the plan as I saw immediate results. In 5-6 weeks, I had lost 20 pounds and it showed! I dropped two sizes and was smaller than I was even in high school.

The staff at both Posture Works and Nutra Works are very helpful and genuine. The price for the foods for me ended up being between $10-15 a day which is a huge discount from ordering out food and a small price to pay for getting the results you want. There are plenty of food options to find things that you like and the foods are easy to prepare on the go which is a huge factor in sticking with the diet for me.
