Di Bello Roofing came to give an estimate on repair/replacement for my roof. The gentleman who came (Phil) was not willing to actually get on the roof (which is a flat roof and is easily accessible from the rooftop deck) and only looked at it through a window from inside the house. He said that, just from looking, he could tell that nothing was wrong with it and no work needed to be done, despite my having told him that there were soft spots when walking on it. Another company came out today and actually spent time on the roof and looked carefully at it - they recommended replacement within the next year or, at the least, temporary repairs to get me through the winter without leaks. Very disappointed in Di Bello's service and lack of attention to detail - maybe they're just not interested in the business?
