I called to get a quote for installing a passenger...

I called to get a quote for installing a passenger side mirror, I already had the part, and was only calling to get a quote on the labor, they said I would have to bring the vehicle in. For what? There is absolutely nothing to look at on the vehicle to get this quote. The dealership was the only people that actually gave me a labor quote. How is one supposed to shop around if they have to bring their vehicle to every location. Ridiculous!!!!
