I booked an appointment 1 week in advance from 12-4. Took off work during the week to be here. Called at 4 when no-one showed up and was told there was nothing they could do for us. No heads up, no courtesy call or any type of communication. Rep on phone offered no options or solutions, just sorry...we're busy... awful customer service. Using another company.
