My service advisor Rafael, is one the best he goes above and beyond to make me happy with my service experience. And i really appreciate everything he does to keep a smile on my face. But the loaner rep had me waiting in the waiting for over 2 hours having personal conversations with other employees and taking cigarette breaks while I'm waiting for a loaner. And it wasnt until i went to a parts manager, and took my frustration into his hand that i received my loaner. And when i came in to pick up my vehicle the service Director, gave a mouthful of bull, and never apologized nor fixed the issue. I purchased my vehicle at auto nation, and i would never do so nor tell friend nor family. This matter needs to resolved and i would like a member from management to contact me and make me a satisfied customer experience. I will put this this experience on the google review.
