After being in the health care profession for 25+ years . I can tell you from an informed viewpoint . This is one of the best practices in the Tri-Cities . From the check in staff , the nursing staff , and x/ray staff. They are friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Everything they have treated me and I got great results. The wait and treatment time has been great. I was in being seen 5 mins before my appt time. Walk in clinic was really great to utilize also . My husband will be having a hip replacement within the next 2 weeks. He has been evaluated well and we have been informed well. We have a true piece of mind going into surgery. Dr France is very through, great bedside manner and just easy to talk to. His nurse Chris has gone beyond the call of duty in helping us . I would highly recommend this practice if you are ever in need of any orthopaedic care .
