Just ignore the letters and don't bother getting in touch with them. They've been threatening me to pay up since 2017 (it's now 2020)
The letters they send are so poorly written and that they couldn't even spell my name properly shows you what complete cowboys they are. The letters are invoices and nothing else. Any proper company wouldn't be waiting over three years to get their money. Try doing that to the bank or the council! They'll have your arse in court within a month of missing any payments. Hurry up and take me to court as it's just boring now receiving these (laughable) letters.
