Terrible Bait and Switch.

Would not give me my key back on my trade in, I had to ask 3 different times and then walked into the managers office myself to get it.

Called ahead (from 3 hours away) to confirm rebate eligibility and price and was LIED too. No way around it. I had every intention of buying the truck but the horrible experience made me walk away after 3 hours in the store. I was so disappointed with the people I paid a little more for the vehicle somewhere else and was ok with wasting 9 hours of my day.

My wife, the most optimistic person in the world, had a piece of her die that day as her eyes were opened to the worst salesman tactics ever.

Shame on you Sound Ford, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
