We came to this emergency room for a minor injury after hours. The staff was not friendly, the waiting room felt dirty, and the ER appeared overwelmed. After looking at the poor online reviews while waiting we decided to leave and take the drive down to Skagit Valley Hospital ER in Mt. Vernon. They treated us more quickly, staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and had they had a much more organized program. I suggest that Peacehealth ER management evaluate their intake program to improve customer service and speed and quality treatment .
